New Patients:

For Physiotherapy or Chiropractic appointments please book an Initial Assessment Appointment if this is your first time coming to PRT.

For Massage Therapy appointments, please book an Initial Assessment Appointment. The minimum time for a first visit to a massage therapist is 45 minutes to allow for the RMT to adequately assess your treatment needs.

Returning Patients If you have not seen your therapist in the past 6 months, please book a re-evaluation appointment so that your therapist can perform a mandatory re-evaluation!

Cancellation Policy: PRT requires 24 hours notice for all cancellations. Failure to give adequate notice may result in a charge of 50% of the value of the appointment for the first offense and 100% of the value of the appointment for further offenses.
